Bookings & Cancellation Policy

General Bookings

  • All training sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
  • Bookings are only confirmed once full payment (or a deposit, if applicable) has been received.
  • Sessions are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session rate.
  • Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled free of charge. Refunds will only be issued at our discretion.

Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions

  • Please arrive on time for your session. Trainers will wait up to 15 minutes; after this time, the session will be considered a no-show and charged in full.
  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

Group Classes

  • Group class bookings are valid for the full course; missed classes cannot be refunded or carried over.
  • If a trainer cancels a class, an alternative date will be offered.

Trainer Cancellations

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Behaviour & Safety

  • Owners are responsible for their dog’s behaviour at all times.
  • Dogs must be kept on lead unless instructed otherwise by the trainer.
  • Aggressive behaviour must be declared prior to booking. We reserve the right to refuse training if a dog’s behaviour presents a risk.

Weather Conditions (for outdoor sessions)

  • Sessions will proceed in most weather conditions. However, in cases of extreme weather (e.g., thunderstorms, heatwaves, icy conditions), we may reschedule for safety reasons.

Liability

  • Participation in training sessions is at the owner’s risk. We accept no liability for loss, injury, or damage to persons, dogs, or property.
  • Owners are advised to have appropriate pet insurance in place.
